Chetak Park Surrounding the Chetak Lake in the Bhatinda Cantonment, this park is a perfect place for picnickers. It also offers water boating and bird watching to its visitors. A plant exhibition is also showcased in this beautiful park.

Dhobhi Bazaar

A market hub in Bhatinda, the Dhobhi Bazar has an assortment of varied quirky items on display. This mareketplace is popular among locals and tourists as well.
Lakhi Jungle Situated 15 kms off Bhatinda, this forest shelters an ancient Gurdwara where Shri Guru Nanak Dev delivered Shri Japuli Sahibs one lakh holy sermons. The 10th Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh has also marked the holy place with his visit.

Mazaar of Peer Haji Rattan

Another holy place for worship, the Mazaar of Peer Haji Rattan draws many pilgrims to the site. Situated adjacent to main grain market in Bhatinda, this place is popular among tourists of all faiths. This multi cultured facet of Punjab was visited by the the 10th Sikh guru and is indeed a divine zone.

Qila Mubarak

Qila Mubarak or the Bhatinda Fort is the tallest edifice made of small bricks where Empress Razia Sultana was held captive. The building is quite impressive narrating its vivid past and definitely worth a visit. This 1400 year old monument was once a residence of Shri Guru Gobind Singh. This is among the most popular destinations in Bhatinda.

Zoological garden

Nestled 10 kms off the Cantonment area, this plant nursery maintained by the Forest Department is another popular picnic destination for the locals as well as the tourists. Sambars, cheetahs , balck bucks etecetera are found in here. Many exciting rides are offered to visitors here.

One can relish the local Punjabi fare in Bhatinda which would include Channa Batura or Chhole Batura, Dal Makhani, various varities of Paneer, Rajma (Red kidney Bean), Sarson Da Saag with Makai ki Roti (Bread made from corn with mustard gravy).
