Jalpaiguri is the closest major town. Located at a distance of only 35 kms, it can be accessed easily through a one hour drive. One of the most beautiful sights at Jalpaiguri is the Teesta River. The sunset at this river is breath taking
58 kms away from Jaldhaka is another highly sought after hill station of West Bengal- Lataguri. Lataguri is a much bigger town. It has some very interesting places to offer, including Rover’s Point and Jayati Mahakal caves.
