Enjoy the Wayanad tour package for 2 nights and 3 days. Wayanad is a part of Kerala. That is located not so far from Calicut. Wayanad is a world apart from Kerala’s agricultural and industrial epicenters. So, That Wayanad trip takes you to a quiet place where scenic beauty, wildlife, and tradition matter, simplicity is a virtue. Also, beauty still blossoms from the mountainous horizon and from the green glaze of alluring vegetation.
We will pick you up at your hotel in Bangalore, Bengaluru International Airport, or Bangalore City railway station. Travel to Wayanad (approx. 6 hours) and upon arrival check in to the hotel. The first destination is Edakkal Caves with an amazing view from the top with 1 km trekking one way. Later on, take a spice plantation tour and discover peppers, cardamom, cloves, ginger, and coffee plantation. Stay overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, we will visit Kuruva Island (Kuruvadweep). It is an island of 900 acres rich in greenery with mangrove forests of big trees and bamboo. It is considered one of the best soft trekking destinations. We will also go to Tholpetty Wild Life Sanctuary for a jungle safari at 3 pm. Stay overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast check out from the hotel and start the day with Banasura Sagar Dam, the second-largest dam in Asia and the largest in India. Stopover at Pookot Lake, a natural freshwater lake at an altitude of about 800 meters from sea level nestled among mountains with dense forest at the rendezvous of hill bases, and Chain Tree near Lakkidi and Lakkidi viewpoint with an amazing view of Valley and Ghat section from a height of 700 meters. Travel back to Bangalore and drop you off at your hotel in Bangalore, Bengaluru International Airport or Bangalore City railway station.
